Allstate Sugar Bowl

Sugar Bowl Tickets

The 2010 Allstate Sugar Bowl will take place on January 1, 2010. After its inception, this is the 76th edition and will match-up the Cincinatti Bearcats with the Florida Gators in the New Orleans Louisiana Superdome. Everyone is looking forward to this game with the Gators being the runner-ups of the 2009 SEC Championship Game and the Bearcats being the winners of the Big East Conference.

Along with the Rose Bowl, the Fiesta Bowl, the Orange Bowl, and the BCS National Championship Game it is part of the BCS Bowl games played at the end of every college football season.

Previously the bowl had other title sponsors (USF&G Financial Services and Nokia), before Allstate became the title sponsor in 2007. Allstate is well-known as insurance company (car insurance, home insurance, etc.) and banking.

Because of Hurricane Katrina and the damage to the Superdome caused by it, the 2006 Sugar Bowl football game had to be played at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, Georgia. In the meantime, however, the Sugar Bowl has returned to this spectacular place.

The Superdome holds over 72,000 football fans (a bit less for other events due to changed seating arrangements based on usage) and is (primarily) home to the NFL's New Orleans Saints, NCAA's Tulane Green Wave football team and - of course - the Sugar Bowl college football games.

Buy your Allstate Sugar Bowl Tickets now before it is too late and be one of the tens of thousands enthusiastic fans in this great stadium in New Orleans.
